Pegasus is on the winning contract team that was recently awarded the contract to provide project management and administrative expertise to support DASA DE&C’s security cooperation activities. Pegasus is seeking resumes from interested personnel with FMS related experience to support the DASA DE&C task in the following labor categories: Program Analyst, Consultant Operations Analyst, and Program Admin Assistant.
We are filling multiple positions in support of US Army Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts, involving coordination and management support in Crystal City, VA. Positions require experience in international affairs, and knowledge of laws and policies that govern export controls and technology transfer and FMS processes. Applicants must have the skills to assist DASA DE&C in planning and executing FMS program support.
The scope of work on the contract includes technical, analytical and administrative support services in support of DASA DE&C. These services will include but are not limited to: (a) developing, monitoring and assessing Army security cooperation and security assistance strategic plans (b) security cooperation program policy preparation, (c) technology transfer assessments, (d) maintaining the FMS databases, (e) supporting /utilizing various Title 10 activities, (f) organizing/hosting meetings and outreach activities, (g) strategic planning and analytical services (including research and data analytics) , (h) disclosure/releasability support, (i) policy preparation, (j) drafting disclosure support documentation, (k) review of license requests for the approval to sell or transfer any Department of Defense agency’s equipment through the direct commercial sales process, (l) experience in the organizational structure of Army and DOD Security Assistance programs and International Armaments Cooperation program.
Experience/Education (by position)
Program Analyst (2 Positions) will have a minimum of a four year degree; OR have military experience/experience as a government employee; OR have worked in a similar International Affairs position for a minimum of three (3) years.
Program Admin Assistant (3 Positions) will have a four year degree; OR have three (3) years military experience in Security Assistance/International Affairs; OR have worked in a similar International Affairs position for a minimum of three (3) years.
Consultant Operations Analyst (1 Position) will have a four year degree; OR have three (3) years military experience in Security Assistance/International Affairs; OR have worked in a similar International Affairs position for a minimum of three (3) years.
