401(k) Plan

Pegasus® offers a retirement program to help employees prepare for the future. Employees may make their investment selections from a variety of investment options.

The Pegasus® 401(k) plan allows employees to make pre-tax contributions through payroll deductions.

Pegasus® offers our 401(k) plan with a fully vested employer match on 5% of employee contributions to the plan.

Employees may elect to make after-tax contributions to their Roth IRA account.
