Job description

Pegasus is seeking resumes from interested personnel to support the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (DASA) for Defense Exports and Cooperation (DE&C) in the following labor category: Program Admin Assistant.

 

This position is in support of DASA DE&C, Security Cooperation Integration and Exports Directorate, involving coordination and support in Crystal City, VA.

 

The scope of work includes administrative services in support of DASA DE&C. These services may include, but are not limited to: (1) entering and assigning cases in the Army Export Control System (A/ECS); (2) downloading and uploading documents and records between A/ECS and the USXPORTS automated license processing systems; (3) dissemination of incoming correspondence to appropriate personnel; (4) providing support for internal and/or external meetings; (5) timely submission of all required reporting requirements; and (6) management, review, and processing of correspondence in accordance with Army policy.

 

This Full-Time position is Monday-Friday and requires employee to be on site with no telework.

 

Experience/Education

 

Program Admin Assistant will have a four-year degree; OR have three (3) years military experience in Security Assistance/International Affairs; OR have worked in a similar International Affairs position for a minimum of three (3) years. Must be able to work in the office (a SCIF) and on SIPRNET.

 

Security Clearance Requirement

 

SECRET (Must possess and maintain an active SECRET clearance (within previous 2 years).

 

Job Type: Full-time (In Person)

 

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
